Theresa Agresta understands the big picture. A masterful strategist and skilled creative thinker, she helps executives uncover the core values of their brands and works side-by-side with them to develop effective marketing plans and full-fledged communications programs.
 
Certified to interpret the Kenexa Cultural Insight Survey (KCIS)™ Theresa has led numerous award-winning rebranding efforts based on archetypal profiling. She frequently speaks at regional and national events, where she shares her experiences in developing brands and marketing programs. In 2010, she served as a judge for the national Marketing Communications Awards for the Society for Marketing Professional Services.

Prior to founding Allegory, Theresa worked in Public Relations, first at Windows on the World, and then at Einhorn Yaffee Prescott, a national top-20 architecture and engineering firm. She is a graduate of Ramapo College. back to top

Cynthia Forstmann

Cynthia Forstmann has a passion for storytelling. A background in Psychology led to her fascination with the application of Carl Jung’s archetypes to organizational culture. She studied with Jungian researcher, Carol Pearson, Ph.D., and is certified to administer Pearson's scientifically-validated Cultural Insight Survey.
 
Cynthia facilitates strategic focus groups with senior management, boards, marketing and PR directors, human resources experts and other leaders who share a stake in the culture, story and communications of an organization. She has led major, award-winning rebranding projects and speaks to business leaders across the country about the power of storytelling.

Prior to founding Allegory, she worked for two large trade associations and as a Marketing Consultant for well-known businesses and entrepreneurial start-ups. Cynthia holds a Bachelor's in Psychology from Villanova University and a Masters in Health Communications from Marymount University.  back to top
