Rachel Spensieri

Account Executive

Rachel Spensieri boasts extensive knowledge of not-for-profit healthcare organizations and competitive healthcare markets, as well as the challenges and opportunities created by hospital mergers.

For more than six years, Rachel served as the interactive marketing manager at Novant Health, a non-profit healthcare organization with 24,000 employees, 15 hospitals, and over 340 physician practices, plus outpatient surgery and imaging centers throughout North and South Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia.

Rachel was engaged in the recent reorganization and rebranding of the Novant Health system, an effort that resulted in the successful integration of the organization’s numerous hospitals, physician practices, and outpatient facilities into a single, unified brand. She also facilitated the website integration of hospitals acquired by Novant during her time with the organization. A web-savvy, strategic thinker, Rachel was instrumental in the launch of several iterations of Novant Health’s hospital and corporate websites and got the organization’s social media efforts off the ground.

Prior to her foray into the healthcare industry, Rachel was a training and implementation manager for an online industry research company, First Research. She also spent six years managing internal commercial banking communications and intranet content at Bank of America; and she managed website content in a bustling communications office at her alma mater, Davidson College in North Carolina.

Rachel brings over 15 years of experience in brand implementation, website strategy and writing, project management, and client services to her role as account executive at Allegory Studios. With her penchant for impeccable customer service and a dash of Southern charm, Rachel has a passion for understanding her clients’ organizations – their goals, their opportunities – and determining how she can help bring their strategic visions to reality.
